As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ  and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts,  support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society, and the world.

Although we couldn’t meet in person, our members generously stepped up to support all of our mission projects this past pandemic year. Thanks be to God!

Gather Bible Study
Outdoor Bible study was held in May, June, July, August, and September.   10-13 people attended each time.   The weather cooperated, and it was good to see people!   In November, meetings began using Google Meet.  There were some glitches for some in trying to log on. 6-8 people attended each month, and it worked fairly well.   This continued through April, 2021.   In May the church reopened and the Gather study returned to the church.

Quilting Ministry In March, 2020, the last event at. the church was a Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner which  cleared $447 towards Mission Quilting supplies and shipping. From March - October over 400 Face masks were sewn by our church members to be distributed to church members, local clinic and nursing homes. 50 made for Lutheran World Relief to help them reach their 75,000 request. 25 for Salvation Army in Siren.
